Took the Monster to have a look at Lyveden Manor, where there is an unfinished Elizabethan summer house. You'd have thought the lazy bastids would have finished it by now , they've only had about 400 years

Still wasn't happy about the fix on the exhaust so had another go..


Looks like the slots i cut were too measly so put a grinding disc on..


And i even hosed the mud off. May even polish it tomorrow, maybe

I think my exhaust gasket as gone as Stacy sounds like shes sucking air through the exhaust manifold...

I've just downloaded the photo of your bike as at a later date if I can I would like one just like that..its a gentle reminder of what I could achieve if circumstances change ..

Introducing Bertha, Annie's new 30 year old stablemate. Bought on impulse, to use for occasional 2 up touring. Done about 100 miles so far and no issues yet. She does have a big history file, and has never had an MOT advisory in her life. Cosmetically a 10 footer but mechanically so far so good.
Apologies to @BAD LUCK DUCK for the colour scheme, but I like it.

Close, it is indeed a 1971 CB750, but an RD400 next to it. There were a number of delicious classic Japs there this morning.
