In all seriousness I have, as I said, held 150mph on a naked, it isn't pleasant the longest sustained high speed was on my original Superduke when on the way down to the Alps with my mates, we had stopped for fuel & were just leaving when I realised my key wasn't in the ignition, all but one of my mates were already on the slip road at this point, panic for a couple mins, I had put it down on the counter when paying!
By the time I got going I had lost maybe 5 mins, the group tend to sit at 85-90 on the E routes so I knew I had to catch up, I did 150 plus for what felt like forever in order to catch up, I wasn't sure of when we would be turning off so had to catch up fast, but I was laid pretty much flat on the tank to do it, like I am trying to on the Bandit below.

I did the same on the M62 the other day coming back from laaaa land. Virtually horizontal, well tucked in under the flyscreen. Anything over 50 trying to be upright causes pain, I'll just do more weights.

My Bell Bullit with the bubble visor fitted allows me to sit at 80mph with raised bars on the Bonnie with no neck ache....just don't try to look over your shoulder at any higher speeds

Had a quick go on the 390, what a cracking little bike, it's still in running in mode so took it steady.
After that me and wor lass had a freezing cold ride to seaham, we didn't stay out long.

My Nan was from a little village just outside Seaham called Hawthorn.
I called in to Seaham on the way back from a tour of Jockistan & Skye. I wanted to see the beautiful idyllic place Nan often spoke about.
I'll tell you the full story over a beer at some point Pete.
But the short version is the owner of the B&B told myself & my mate not to go in any of the pubs around the harbour (especially not the Golden Lion) due to our obvious southern accents.
Obviously we ignored her advice.
It was a very interesting evening mate
