I'm scared of her mate 😂
I'm going to get the suspension set up for me and change the tyres.
Throttle works both ways mate! :ROFLMAO:

They are bonkers though, that's without doing anything to them to 'enhance' their performance, not 100% what mine has had other than the full Akra Evo race system & map but it certainly goes like fook!

I have always said suspension is the best money you can spend if you want to go quicker on a bike, obviously along with tyres, what you going for? I got Michelin Road 5's on mine, new when I bought it, not sure about them for the SD if I am honest, will go for something sportier when these are worn out.

I was looking at getting road 5's billy, thanks for that mate, I'll go Rosso 3's instead 👍🏾.
I know the throttle goes both ways but she's the devil, all I hear is "howay man ya pussy" 😂😂😂

I reckon Rosso 3's might be the better compromise, I love Super Corse's but I reckon a rear would be goosed in 1500 miles, don't get me wrong I have had no 'moments' on the Road 5's but I really haven't been pushing on in corners on it yet & still I feel a slight doubt about them?

That's how I feel about the racetec's currently on mine (still running the original tyres from new) I've tried different psi in them and they still have no feel, I was recommended to put the suspension in the comfort setting and that did help but I've no confidence in the rubber.
What tyres would you go with Billy?

If wear was not any issue & only really ride in dry 100% Pirelli Super Corse's, if I wanted the extra miles of wear & a bit more confidence on damp or cold roads then Rosso 3's, other manufacturers make tyres that perform in a similar way, I just prefer Pirelli.

On a side note though, I am surprised the Metzeler Racetecs have no feel as I have always thought them similar to SC's, a lot of lads race on them & swear by them, how many miles have they got on them?

Great advice mate, thankyou.

I've got about 2100 miles on them now,

Possibly past their best at 2100 miles if they are anything like SC's on wear mate, have they squared off? If so it will affect the way the tyre feels as you turn in, my race tyres are the opposite, loads of thread on the center but look like a cheese grater has been let loose on the right side of the tyre!
