Bikes didn't get hammered too much than we already are. But how can they justify charging more for a zero emission bike, than a zero emission car, when bikes are usually used less than cars, do less damage to roads, less damage to the environment, and you are more likely to own a second vehicle which you already pay tax on but can't use at the same time!
It's all bollocks and based on the crap CO2/climate scam anyway, thieving bastards.
