Looks like Jimmy Hill was putting it about a bit before he snuffed.
@BAD LUCK DUCK talking about putting the wind up a pedestrian reminded me of a driver when I worked for a short while in refuse collection. Back then they used to have this little traffic warden, a nasty wee man with a bright red face, who was a complete Hitler. If my driver spied him ahead of us he would crawl the wagon up the road until he was right behind him and then hit the air horns. The wee man used to jump several feet in the air. The joke never got old!
