That certificate was for passing his bike test a few years ago. I'm fairly sure that when we all passed our bike test there was no certificate presentation.

Oh how true @BAD LUCK DUCK when Wessa replied to me on that other place in defence of the poor little USofA and his pal Sphincter, if I had, had his address I would have been planning a visit to teach him a lesson. Main reason I came off there..I was fast reaching a point where I was going to pay that smug little treacherous shite a visit myself...I think he and a couple of other pieces of detritus contributed to setting off my PTSD bollox...
