Yeah, greedy bastard!!The one, the only... but you have three![]()
Aye it's the One and the Only model but you can't have just one, gotta have a few 'flavours'! I am likely to get rid of the 2014 Thai job though at some point or turn it into a scrambler. I would also happily swap it for an early pre-injection scrambler or a 790 to scrambler or, and this is a long shot, for a Meriden Triumph in roadworthy condition. The two 2001's however are going to stay mine for life now!
My first taste of Bonnies was on the back of a friend’s gold T120. I particularly remember the rising thump, thump, thump power delivery you felt through the seat on acceleration; quite unlike anything modern - just like the way everything shook at tick over!I wish I still had my old 650 t120

Nice one Marty. I decided to be a gay, Southern, shandy drinking, fair weather non rider. Gave Annie a good shine up and put the cover back over.Took a spin out on one of my Bonnie's as we had a decent dry day here for the first time in a few weeks. Took a couple of photos in a layby heading East toward the Rest and Be Thankful. Very cold but refreshing. The roads guys have seriously gone to town with the road salt though so my leathers and the bike were covered in white salty dust by the time I got home.
Made even worse by that whinging prick, Fillingham.I have read too many stories about 1200 gearboxes and poor Triumph service to want a newer model Bonnie.
Amen to that. A crushing bore and over opinionated. Bastard’s trying to do my job!Made even worse by that whinging prick, Fillingham.
Those panniers look good, but how much are they? Here's my 2016 Street Twin. Complete with fancy seat, vastly overpriced Triumph panniers, decat and bar end mirrors. I really liked this bike, but the 2008 T100 fits me better, and has that bit more character.View attachment 802
