Most traffic Cops (all around the world) are power crazy.

we where always lectured when deployed about dealing with cops and don't try and be smart and never reach for anything without asking their permission first, we always had a few of our guys having to be bailed out just for trying to be smartMost traffic Cops (all around the world) are power crazy.
