Reading that through, you can be fined if you put the wrong rubbish in the wrong bin. Ok, but how in fex name do you enforce that? If the house brick you put in the recycling bin is halfway down, how would the 'recycling operatives' (scaffies!) even know it was there unless they emptied the bin item by item?I can't but laugh at these stupid feckers in power The staple diet of many jocks and the Greens have influenced the SNP to levy a fish and chip tax, the world is on the brink of disaster and they are concerned with this.

The real problem in this country with voting that is never addressed is that so many people don't vote because there isn't once half decent politician or party to actually fucking vote for. Let's face it if it was made that you couldn't vote for anyone unless you really wanted them maybe about five percent of the population (those in and around politics) would actually vote. Most people who do vote only vote for the 'least worst' candidate. Time for a revolution and wipe the whole fuckin' political slate clean.
I've been having to do that for decades.

That's exactly the point. They moan that millions of Britains are 'too lazy' to vote but the reality is that, when they are all scumbags that will continue to shaft you then what is the point of voting for them. Maybe if there was an option on the ballot to actually be counted as wishing 'none of the above' to represent you a lot of people would turn out and show the truth of just how unhappy a great many people are with the options available to vote for but you can bet your ass that no politician would allow that as they know full well that most people don't want any of them but have no option and no voice.

It is a sad day indeed, The very people who cry "FREEDOM" have given an open door to those woke's who will be giving the police extra work loads and will trawl the webb to denounce anyone they feel have broken this biased new law, the same nation who derides the English to the brink off hatred itself, "is that not breaking this new law?" they will need reminding of that, Maybe we need to move the jokes and memes sections under forum members only for some added protection of us who reside up here "I don't know" it makes for an uncomfortable way of being I can tell you.

The Useless bastard (we all know who he is) and I'm not afraid to say that I hate him, is only trying to distract from his absolute ineptitude and, as @Tallpaul points out, if they want a first candidate for prosecution he himself poured hate on white people and the fact that they hold a lot of high ranking posts in a country which, believe it or not, has an indigenous population who are white. If you want to talk 'fair and balanced' (something which the Snazi's and the current 'establishment' aren't) it could be said that ethnic minorities are way beyond over represented in positions of authority and one could conclude that many of them are appointed not on merit but on the colour of their skin - a very racist policy.
I couldn't agree more with the content of the previous four posts.
Especially the comments about Hamfist Useless.
After his public rant about white people, he should be the first person on the receiving end of that new hate crime bull$hit!
But obviously he won't be because this new law isn't designed to protect straight, white, indigenous Scots!
The whole thing is a bad joke
And I get the distinct impression that they test ridiculous policies like this on smaller nations such as Scotland. Before attempting to roll them out countrywide.
