No fan of the French, but Ireland have cheated and bent the rules to put one of France's best players out of the game, and got away with it via weak refereeing in the first half.

In fairness the ref was even worse in the 2nd half, mostly in France's favour.

In recent years, Italy have come on in leaps & bounds. But hopefully not enough to beat England today.

England need to be bang on it from the start. Give the Italians any encouragement and they'll make life difficult.
Looking at our points difference, we could do with sticking 50 points on them.
