BBC News - Motorcyclist killed in central London police-chase crash

..."The Met's Directorate of Professional Standards has begun an investigation.
A spokesperson for the Met said that the Independent Office for Police Conduct will also look into it"...

Why?
If you jump a red light then speed off when the police attempt to stop you. Then crash & die as a result. Why does that require an investigation into the validity of the pursuit FFS? 😒
Unless of course the rider was a gentleman of colour? 🤔
If so, obviously a thorough investigation (at the taxpayers expense) will definitely be required. In an attempt to prove the Cops didn't chase him due to the colour of his skin 🙄
The pillion was carrying a machete so he was obviously an upstanding member of the community and full of good intentions ....where's the little wankers emoji when you need it

I hate when the reporting calls these cnuts motorcyclists. When the only reason they are riding a bike is to commit crimes and escape capture.
Cops couldn't possibly know the colour of their skin if they were wearing appropriate motorcycle clothing.

The wreck is unmistakably that of a scooter and its easy enough to join the dots.

Meanwhile the news is of increased police patrols in Brighton 'because of a series of rapes'. Then look at the actual details in the papers ......

What's next in big brothers attempt to control every aspect of our lives?!? 😒...

BBC News - Rishi Sunak defends his plan to ban smoking for younger generation

I smoked from 16yrs old to 53yrs old. Everyone knows that smoking isn't good for you but that shouldn't mean the government can outlaw it.
Also, tobacco products are so highly taxed that banning smoking will leave a huge hole in the treasury's funds. Obviously the c#nts will need to claw back those funds somehow. Which will inevitably mean everyone will be hit with yet another new kinda stealth tax. Effectively meaning that non smokers will be picking up part of the bill.

I had a row years ago with some self righteous tw#t who tried to say that as a smoker I was a burden on the NHS. He continued with that accusation even after I produced "evidence" (articles from the internet) of the amount of money generated from the sale of tobacco products V's the amount of cash spent on treating smoking related disease's. The short version is that allegedly, only approx 20% goes to funding the treatment of smokers. The remaining 80% goes into the general NHS pot. Therefore all smokers should get a private room with a topless 20yr old nurse on standby 24/7 😋

Black market will be busy then, or a trip over to europe and fill up, there won't be a pub or street corner or even school that will supply them they still can't stop any other drug

The biggest drain on the NHS is from sports related injuries - Rugby, bicycling and football being some of the biggest causes of them.

The weird thing is that they are still hammering smokers but the wards in hospitals are filling up with vape related complaints and every youngster on the planet seems to either be drinking themselves silly or smoking marijuana by the ton. I get the feeling that smokers are just an easy target when the assholes that allegedly govern us need someone to appear to be kicking.

I got suspended from work for allegations of physical assault and bullshit...
I'm now looking at suing the company for defamation of character and false allegations and discrimination...
🦆
Add constructive dismissal to that list Duck.
As Don said, they've been deliberately making your life difficult for years! Presumably hoping that would make you leave.
