After 4000 miles on the Himmy thought I'd better book it in for its first (and last service) at the stealer...

I'm cancelling the service and bringing it up to you HTMy Meteor cost £161 for the 300 mile service at Enfield dealer..Tappets, oil and filter and a check over..some owners have paid £220, Got my brother to do the 3000 mile service which is a spanner check (£160 at dealer) He re did the tappets and changed the oil as an extra.....£80. No brainer for me he does all the servicing and they can do approved warranty work and my book gets stamped.
I should add that includes a family discount, I pay cost plus a tiny bit for parts and consumables and brothers hourly wage.. He has a good boss, Also they are using my bike as a development bike so they will get some benefit later onI'm cancelling the service and bringing it up to you HT![]()
