It seems that what we have from the Police in the UK at the moment is, to use a Scottish term and as they are so fond of 'Operations', Operation Bawbag. Never been a huge fan of the Police although I have always understood the importance of having them but now they are a bunch of useless wankers carrying out stupid 'operations' that do fuck all to actually reduce crime or help law abiding people. In general terms I have been pretty much a law abiding citizen but the few times I have had to interact with the Police, reporting a crime, being stopped for a 'Spot Check' on the bike and the like I have been made to feel like I'm the criminal. Utter braindead wankers most of them not to mention paedo's, wife beaters, rapists, robbers and drug users

I think a lot of this 'flashing" has a lot to do with the drivers lack of situational awareness.
They seem to have difficulty realising that you have room to manoeuvre, and are not a fucking eurobox. I've had the same a few times, and I have been nowhere near them, nor near the one I have overtaken.
Basically, given the world woke nature "how very dare you encroach on MY personal space!". Newsflash wankers.. I pay road tax and insurance too!

I know that the policies come from the top down @Steve 998cc but in all honesty, as well as a few good Police officers I have met, I have also met plenty of utter wankers and the Police in one area I used to live in were pretty damn rotten with several of them being finally caught for rape, sexual abuse, burglary, abuse of their authority and simple gross negligence. I was once 'admonished' by the procurator fiscal for an Assault I was charged with but hadn't done. I was, in fact the one who had been assaulted and had been defending myself from an unprovoked attack by a complete stranger. In scotland an 'Admonishment' basically says 'We know you did it and we had enough evidence to prove you did it but, as you don't have a criminal record whatsoever (never even been done for speeding) and we can't really prove you did it we will admonish you which means that, if you get so much as a speeding fine in the next twelve months we will haul you in and you will be assumed then to be guilty of the crime and punished for it without us having to prove it'. Being seriously pissed off at not even having a chance to prove that I was the victim and not the criminal and basically being ruled to be guilty without trial I went to see a local lawyer. His response was to advise me that, while he would be more than happy to take on my case even without taking a fee, if I wanted to pursue it I would have to be prepared to be stopped and searched every time I left the house, have every copper in the area watching my every move to try and get me for so much as dropping a sweetie wrapper and be pulled every time I went out in the car or on the bike. At that point I decided to drop is as I had a mate who had suffered that sort of victimisation from them and did not want that sort of hassle in my life.

IMO its because the police like most other institutions within Britain have been infiltrated by 'Common Purpose' and their brainwashing. I've read accusations that partners of police officers have reported a big change in their personality (not for the better) after receiving CP 'training'.

Fortunately I've not had any dealings with the police for a very long time, but from what I've seen recently they seem to treat almost everyone in an overly aggressive and provocative manner even for very minor misdemeanour, often using unnecessary physical and abusive force.
Alex Belfield is a prime example, had his house raided 3 times, without warrant or evidence of any wrong doing, on one occasion allegedly the police removed their id numbers and body cameras before smashing his door in and then arresting him.

His life was not endangered, it did not caused him to change direction swerve or anything. Then the little twat overtakes the police van, on zig zag lines which is an offence, and puts himself between two vans and therefore could not have had 1.5m between him and the oncoming van, let alone each side between the two vans.
