It's amazing that she only got eight months when she has unleashed up to 150 potential killers onto UK roads but of course she was only helping those who were disadvantaged by not having a good command of the English language and were otherwise brilliant drivers. I reckon that, if anyone she got a licence for has an accident and is at fault she should be charged with it.
Why wait for them to have an accident? Presumably they have been identified. If so, the safest thing to do is to revoke the bogus licences.

Well I heard tell that the reason he was having cold feet was that he was suspicious that Twitter has been 'beefing up' it's supposed influence and actually has way fewer members and much less influence on the world than people think with massive numbers being fake profiles, scammers and people who signed up and never went back. The press would like you to think that every 'twitter storm' was the 'majority' raging when in reality it's a minority screaming in an echo chamber of like-minded halfwits
