Just finished the second series of Good Omens. Not as good as series one & it's gone massively woke...
1) Every vehicle shown in every shot of the street outside the angels bookshop was an pig ugly EV
(apart from the demons Bentley)
2) The owner of the coffee shop & record shop were lesbians.
3) Then to top it off, apparently the demon & the angel are gay as well
I have zero problem with gay folk. But who gets away with adding such plot twists & why do they feel the need to do so FFS?!?
The first series was more entertaining. Surely, if it ain't broke, don't fix it

The whole woke shit gets on my tits. I was reading an article earlier today about some Asian guy at the BBCand how he couldn't cope with seeing so many white people in his workplace - Shit, as far as I know this is still a mainly white population and why should we change that because an immigrant or child of immigrants doesn't find it easy to 'identify' with the nation that he or his family have chosen to put themselves upon for one reason only and that is that it already offers a better place to live with better standards of living than their homeland and own people that they are so quick to abandon.
You don't like it here amongst the native, indigenous population then you know where you can book a flight back to the land of your genetic origins and no-one will feckin' miss you. Bastard!

Politics is a filthy business @DD67 where no-one who doesn't meet the criteria those already established in it look for would get past step one of the road into Parliament.
The politicians are part of the problem as they are amongst the same liberal elite as the media, civil service and Judiciary. Anyone already in politics who dared pop their head over the parapet would have it shot off by the liberal elite Media/propaganda wing and no doubt the liberal elite Legal Gestapo would then have them hung drawn and quartered. We are living in a fascist state where the real fascists don't make it obvious that they are really in control and claim they are the good guys.
If they can't get you using Trial by Jury they will slaughter you in a trial by media and, in that court they don't even need to actually prove that you are guilty of anything, they just tell everyone that you are guilty and that's all that is needed.
The only way to change things now is to strip away the whole rotten lot of them in a revolution whether that is a political one or one of force.

That is brilliant. I've shared that on Facebook even if it gets me banned for life it's my duty to spread it! Apart from the language he says absolutely nothing that is, as far as I know, illegal or untrue and it's absolutely true as he points out that the BBC Cunt is a racist Cunt who would be told to go Fuck himself anywhere except this country which has been brought to it's knees largely by white people who hate white people and who pander to and are willing to prostrate themselves before anyone who isn't white.

Watched The Battle of Britain for the umpteenth time last night. A great film but makes me sad when you see what a mess this country has turned in to.

Says it all really, I'd rather watch a 73 year old film than some of the barely finished sociopolitical aware woke crap that's around now.
They blame the actors strike for the lack of films at the moment. Well, I guess the writers must have gone on strike too and they got their pet gerbils to do the plots instead. In fact, I think a gerbil could write a better film plot than some of the ones I've seen recently.

I've been watching old Bogart films and old war movies for a while now - The Big Sleep, Casablanca, The African Queen, The Dirty Dozen, Bridge at Remagen, Tobruk.... They don't make them like that any more as they simply don't have the talent in the film business now and the shit that pass for much of society now wouldn't appreciate it anyway. I'd watch the Marx Brothers films too and Cagney but none of them are available 'free' from either Sky or Amazon prime at the moment and you've got to keep an eye out for them coming up on the 'free' channels.
It's a pisstake that, despite paying close on a hundred quid a month for SkyQ and then the wife also has Amazon Prime and yet nearly all the decent films, a lot of them heading towards a hundred years old now, will cost three quid or more a pop to watch - Ever get the feeling you've been swindled?

Well last night I watched High Society with Bing Crosby, Sinatra, Louis Armstrong and Grace Kelly followed by The Dirty Dozen. Two very different films but both excellent. I gotta admit that I love Louis Armstrong's facial expressions he couldn't half ham it up but make you believe he was having a ball at the same time.
Watching the Dirty Dozen for the first time in quite a few years I was surprised when I suddenly recognised the brief appearance of Richard Marner (Colonel Von Strohm in Allo Allo) as one of the two guards at the checkpoint on the road to the Chateau. Twenty odd years earlier than Allo Allo but the beggar looked and sounded just the same.
