Last Film You Watched

It’s not a film,but a series on Netflix,Lilyhammer.
I saw the first 2 episodes,it’s Norwegian and for my twisted mind ,fucking hilarious. If anyone has Netflix and hasn’t seen it,then I can recommend it big time.
I liked it but then I watch all manner of Scandi. Lots of dark humour I find, even in things like 'The Bridge'

Masters of Menace. Not a great film - stereotypes bikers - but funny as heck, and has some good actors underperforming. Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke), Dan Ackroyd (Blues Brothers)

The Ballad of Lefty Brown, utter shite western.Relieved that we watched it on Netflix and not in the cinema,I know there are worse but this was right down near the crap end of the spectrum.

Watched "Pearl Harbour" last night.
Obviously it's an old film now & although I've watched it before. The previous occasions were at times like Christmas with food/drink related distractions. Last night I genuinely watched the entire thing.
At nearly 5hrs long (inc the adverts) it's a lengthy affair. But it's a superb film 🙂
The budget must have been massive!

Not sure it counts as a film, but on Saturday night we watched 'The First and Last Men' by Johann Johannson while visiting chums in Sheffield.

It was 90 minutes of B&W film of weird concrete buildings accompanied by a score written by Johann Johannson, a modern composer.

This was accompanied by someone reading parts of a 1940s sci-fi book, called 'The last and first men'.

Like you are probably thinking, I had my doubts at the start but found it brilliant. In fact, we have even bought our own copy.

It sounds intriguing, but I’m scared. 😂

Since we were in Lincoln, NM this weekend and visited the museum and historical sights, I watched Young Guns today.

I like putting the actual photographs of people I saw to the corresponding characters in the movie. Embellished, but pretty cool.

Billy the kid territory, some awsome scenery all around that area
