Perhaps someone with too much time on their hands could compare how cooked/uncooked bones break/shatter/splinter when forcibly introduced to a lump hammer, or similar. That should give a fairly good representation as to how they would fare against the teeth of one of our canine friends.Cooked chicken bones definitely, but I'm not convinced that fried cow bones are dangerous.
Maybe every dog I've owned has been lucky?
Depends on the age of the victim, decalcification….. that kind of thing.Perhaps someone with too much time on their hands could compare how cooked/uncooked bones break/shatter/splinter when forcibly introduced to a lump hammer, or similar. There was a time when I'd have had to hide its corpse. Then help the neighbours put "Missing Cat" signs on all the local lampposts.
Lilly has definitely mellowed towards cats in her old age
I still nearly posted that photo in the "WTF Moments" thread
Not my thumb, I was taking the photo. What's with the thumb ring??
Must’ve been hard to love the dog afterwardsMy dog used to love cauliflower cheese and chips. Ex wife always made sure that some was left over for her. Strangely, she (the dog!) also liked vinegar on her chips (well, it didn't put her off!) when she got the chance to nick some! And no, she wasn't a bloody labrador!!
