You have to understand that one of the great ways to get guaranteed votes in Scotland is to 'detest' the Tories although you can also declare that you hate them or consider them scum and anyone who supports the Union in Scotland is, by extension 'Traitorous Tory Scum'. This goes back to the days from 1979 until New Labour got into government when Labour continually played on the propaganda that 'It's all the Tories fault' and 'Scotland is being shafted by the Tories unfairly when Scotland almost across the board voted Labour at the last election so the government in Westminster isn't your government'. They did that every Election throughout the eighties and into the nineties but, of course, when Labour got into power they dropped any pretence at playing favourites and lavishing wealth on Scotland for their unwavering support which led to those who had grown up indoctrinated to hate Conservatives and vote Labour with no-one to vote for and they were then hoovered up by the SNP who sort of suggested that they were more 'for the common man' than Labour were. Basically more of the support for the SNP in Scotland is because Labour weren't seen to deliver what they 'implied' Scotland was due when they finally got into power and destroyed decades of support in Scotland which was based on making working class and 'Socialist' Scots believe that Scotland never got a fair deal at Westminster.

The great unspoken truth is that Scotlan's greatest export has long been its people. Those with get up and go, got up and left - my parents and my wife's!

I came back to repair this socialist paradise continually moaning about the nasty English giving them money they don't supposedly don't want or need because it was stolen from Scotland in the first place. You wouldn't believe the myths or the morons that believe them. The Welsh just don't have it quite so bad but then Liverpool has never recovered from containerisation which inhibited the thieving ********!

The Scot government receive a lot more money per individual than anywhere else in the UK, but spend it unwisely and also have a indyref 2 fund that they keep above all other needs as that is their primary objective above all else, all that anti English stuff is forced on them from an early age, as we used to say " you could always tell if you had a jock aircrew as the whinning continued after the engines were shut down"

Part of the problem stems from a lot of Scots believing that Scotland should get half shares in everything rather than a 1/10th share even though we only have 1/10th of the total population of the landmass. It will always seem that Scotland gets an uneven share of the total pie unless you actually accept that Scotland isn't 50% of the United Kingdom as a whole. I seem to recall reading that, when the King of Scotland inherited the throne of England and moved his court to London almost immediately a group of Scots started to moan that their interests were being neglected now that the government had gone over to the English and was no longer interested in looking after Scotland and it's people. A whole hell of a lot has changed since Bannockburn and even more since Culloden but certain people who would rather not blame themselves for what is wrong in their land and their community refuse to see that.

The really bloody annoying thing about the situation with the SNP is that Westminster could use a thousand valid reasons to put them down on the spot and close the joke of a Scottish Parliament if it wasn't for the fact that whatever they did, no matter how justified and based in truth, the SNP would turn round to the mugs that back them and say "See what those big nasty boys down South have done, they are always bullying the poor, weak Scots". The SNP can basically do what they want until Scotland has gone from being on it's knees to being face down in the dirt.
