LOL I had a meal with William Shatner a few years ago. What a strange bloke. I reckon heā€™s spent too long in Hollywood and has forgotten how NORMAL people live.

For example, weā€™d all ordered our food, and when the main courses arrived he decided he liked what other people were having more - and started helping himself to food off their plates. When he reached towards mine I raised my fork to stab his hand and said ā€œmine!ā€. He stopped, but I donā€™t think he actually saw what he was doing as a little strange.

Thinking about it a little more deeply, we used to play silly games when visiting my Grandparents over Christmas - so he may just have been playing a game to see how much he could get away with before someone said something. Who knows! It was quite a surreal experience though. Almost esoteric!

I think it afflicts people who arenā€™t used to being told to eff off. The culture of worship and adulation makes for strange and unpleasant personalities. Some of the Royals suffer badly with it along with superstar rappers and film stars. Itā€™s basically disrespect towards perceived inferiors.

I have only ā€˜fanboyedā€™ once. That was when I met Tricia Helfer. She was surprised when I said how much I admired the charity work sheā€™d done with Katee (Sackhoff) and Grace (Park) through ā€˜Acting Outlawsā€™. She was surprised I knew about that because she was expecting me to go on about her glamourous roles in Battlestar Galactica and Lucifer.

Needing some luggage as taking the Dayt to a trackday next month, I picked up the following on Ebay for under Ā£50:
Tank Bag 3 July.JPG

As far I can figure, front straps go round frame spares on either side and rear strap goes round base of tank under seat. Tried single strap under front yoke and couldn't figure where to attach others round tank.

Will give it a test run before risking spreading me undies across the M1.
