Truth is, I've never been what you say "a mild mannered person" far from it, it was the fact we came out of lockdown into a fucked up teir system and the fact people are becoming horrid that pushed me over the edge, ended up having panic attacks with the pure rage I was feeling, couldn't think straight, I was going to end up doing something horrible to someone.
I never ever want to experience that again buddy, I'm not saying it was solely being in lockdown, because life has and does throw some curve balls at you, it really does.
Any how I'm doing spot on now.
