I think these things are interesting and useful, but some (probability most) would disagree. I have recently acquired some 3 mm randomly flickering LED’s, a pocket knife, two glass pens, a circular (aviation) slide rule, a normal slide rule, a bottle of silver paint (like painting on chrome), some laser cut plants just to name a few things. I really do need a bigger man cave.

Purchased two of them to turn into coffee tables. They are complete (just need assembly) but I still haven't got around to advertising them
However, I have a very clever mate who's really into old aircraft. He owns 2 x RR Merlin engines that are his retirement fund.
Consequently he has many contacts in the world of aircraft collectables. He's going to ask around for me.
But he's said that any potential buyer is unlikely to want the bits I've made/purchased to transform them into furniture.
No problem though, at least they'll be out of my way & a collector of aircraft memorabilia should enjoy looking at them
I have a few turn and slip indicators as used in Spitfires Hurricanes, and Lancasters that I am looking to offload for the right price. Might your buddy be interested?

Bought shit loads of stuff, life changing stuff tbh, the van, bike to go on van and a little puppy that will be coming on our journeys.
