I can still remember the day i bought that album. I had to walk 2 miles to get it. When i got home and put it on, the first track jumped like fuck. So i had walk back to the shop again. 8 miles all in ffs.

I was never a Pink Floyd fan, that's probably why I dint get it.
This was/is more my style. First saw them supporting Slade in 1973. One ot best things to ever come out of Scotland. imo, of course............

Yes it was mate, An amazing album, that still stands out today. I can also remember the day i bought A momentary laps of reason. It was the day it was released in Australia. I had just bought a Ford XC Falcon, and stuck it in the cassette player, wound it right up, put my arm out of the window, and Headed up the Parramatta rd, Sydney, to the Blue mountains. That was a great day.

There is a common thread that ties the last few clips posted, as someone who holds music dear to their heart I can say that there is an underlying theme that is grounded in the roots of musicology and performance that trancends genre and musical preference.
