I can remember numerous occasions in the past when I was a kid, where temperatures were expected to reach 100F (37C).

I can't believe cricket matches have been cancelled, what happens when they go on tour to Indian, Australia, West Indies, etc where high temperatures in the summer are the norm not the exception, yet the British touring teams still play. It's all brain washing to try to prop up the climate change agenda

We were still expected to lay 700 to a 1000 bricks a day in the 1976 summer and there was 6 to 10 weeks of it then. they don't know they are born now days (but the money was good)

agreed..... but like most online 'articles, posts, blogs' etc. It is all about getting views & clicks to earn money.

Individuals will spout anything they believe people want to hear for a quick buck (politicians been doing it for centuries)

most these days want to work from home or an A/C office, drinking their vegan slop, taking selfies and preaching to anyone that will listen. You would not believe the number of new student nurses/HCAs that will try to refuse providing personal care as its beneath them......

My colleagues are spitting feathers at the general hospital as the NHS 'managers' are refusing to switch on the AC because of covid...... despite the more dangerous risk of heat stroke
