I would like to see ariel footage and wreckage before I would jump for joy the old 25's would be easy meat but he would have been very skillfull or lucky with the others, not taking away any of the mans abilities he may have done this deed but right now this story has given the Ukranian people a hero so the propaganda will help them in their effort to survive

You would want to know a variety of things to answer that question from CEP (Circular Error Probable) of the delivery system through to type, (fission/fusion/fission combo) yield, burst height, terrain etc.

The bits mostly getting missed in all this are:

a. The value of a preposterous threat to make people more nervous and pliable in negotiations.

b. The mad/bad narrative (from both sides) lending it bogus credibility

c. The actual prospect of cooler heads inside the Kremlin prevailing and what that means for Putwas.

d. Russian military doctrine about first use and battlefield 'tactical' nukes to clear blockages.

e. NATO no first use posture.

So who is threatening whom, with what with what degree of credibility? Russia has some relatively small devices but if they're international pariahs now just see where dropping a small nuke gets them. Military action needs to retain some political utility and not to be wholly counterproductive. The stakes simply don't warrant nuclear artillery or short range mIssiles because the consequences become incalculable and they're all downsides for both Putin and his current backers. If they think he's gone Tonto expect the Lone Ranger to slot him.

Personally I don't give a flying fuck about Putin's nuclear threats. That's all they are and as empty as the stupid little man's head. There's no way he would ever be let near the button. His subordinate's are well trained to obey but even they would stop far short of going Nuclear. He's going to accidentally shoot himself in the back of the head soon. Never underestimate the survival instinct of even the most well trained lackey's.

Don't worry anyway, the Big Man has told me that, as Putin didn't choose to roll his dice on the 22nd the Apocalypse is postponed and now it's up to the Armies of Light and all with the courage to stand to crush him and Lukashenko into powder and thus prove that there is still plenty of good in the world.

I just picked the 22nd of Feb 2022 as it popped into my head and, at the time, the interesting numbers involved 22/02/2022 didn't occur to me. I wouldn't be surprised if it was simply some part of the subconscious that was aware of how interesting that string of number were that picked. Christ I can't honestly remember how far back I picked it but I am pretty sure we were still all on TTF at the time. I will say that I did have a distinct sense of impending doom and, despite the closeness of the chosen date and Putin's invasion of Ukraine, I no longer feel that sense of doom and I'm actually rather optimistic now. Weird for me to appear optimistic I know and I am sure it won't last but there you go. I do wish that the missus wasn't disabled and I wasn't so old and fat as I would rather like to go to Ukraine to fight on their side.

They (& probably their families as well?) are resident here & perfectly safe.
Yet they are prepared to go back to a war zone. Where the odds are massively stacked against them 👍
