Whilst Ukraine May be winning/not losing the military war, looks like our sanctions aren’t having the catastrophic effect we expected - Russia effectively pegged the Rouble to gold and its stronger now than before the sanctions

Get your heads round this as to why Russia energy is very attractive

That is why we need to stop pissing about with sanctions and nuke the bastards into the stoneage @Old Nick reading about what the Russian propaganda bastards are saying on their state TV about 'Hoping the Ukrainian children will enjoy their lives once all their fathers are dead' and 'they've got MacDonald's but they are all ruins' and no end of other evil shit I am quickly losing any sympathy for Russians of any sort.

At the end of WWII I think Britain and America had a fair idea that, if they didn't declare war on and destroy Russia it would come back to haunt them and I think we are in the same boat now. We need to annihilate the fuckers before they can get a good stock of their 'Satan 2' missiles built and all the other evil shit they are planning to create.

Just been reading an interesting book about the Korean War and Stalin’s views how Communists should destroy The Western World and make Europe and America vasal states of Moscow - Putin appears to have the same view….

He needs stopping urgently - Churchill was right

I read a book some years ago by a soldier in the SS Adolf Hitler division who served on the Eastern Front and he recounted that wounded Russians crawled towards the German lines because they knew that they would get sod all help from their own and more than likely a bullet in the head where they knew that even with the SS they had a chance of survival and they never wanted to go back to their own lines as they knew that it meant a firing squad, Hell, did Stalin not even declare that his own son was to be executed if he came back to Russia? That is the kind of mentality that Russia has. It speaks volumes that Russia was so popular with it's people that they had to put up walls to keep them in. Another book I have, an account by a soldier of the 51st Highland Division captured at St Valery recounts the desperate march from the camp to reach teh Western forces and how the Russian's and Polish free'ed from their camps really didn't want to go back to their own side. Even the Chinese are possibly marginally more civilised that the Russians.

If we (UK/EU/NATO) are effectively blockading Russia and by doing so China also, and with the EU trying to expedite Ukraine's joining of the EU with the military treaties and agreements that come with EU membership, anyone else thinking that the current trajectory really is taking us perilously close to all out war with Russia possibly allied with China and therefore WW3?

You would think the Brains of Europe/NATO would make sure the present situation was dealt with then admit Ukrain into the fold, to do so before would open a box of issues,

Well untill the Americans come to the fore and are willing to commit to a war we ain't doing nothing, I see they are insisting on reducing our Army by ten thousand and a new advert for Army reserves has hit our screens the way forward as our political masters see it
