'Proper' A&E with surgery as an option, 110 miles, cheap version for a sticky plaster, 57 miles. In emergency the helo is the option. Though they would struggle to find a flat bit of land here.

Sad, but true. MRSA is rife there I'm told.
That's where they wanted me to go, mid covid lock down, for the op on my hand. Which I refused because of the self isolating thing primarily. And because I couldn't drive home after. They took me off the list as a result though....
Ach, its only a 200 mile round trip. "use the bus", they said. They had no answer when I asked if I was supposed to walk the 20 miles from the nearest bus stop.....
Plus side... Happy that dumfuq neighbours are out today.
