I've had sex..
I've Mowed the lawn..
I managed to see my two German Shepherds and give them some fuss..Twice without the wicked witch noticing..
I've spent a hour and half cleaning the bike the chain the brakes and made her look gorgeous..
I'm now off for a ride all on my own and for once feeling pretty good and not at war with the world or anyone or anything..
I'm not sure if that's classed as being happy but it's kind of happy I think
