New bearings turned up yesterday (on the right infinitely better quality and smooth



So able to reassemble the mount and check for improvements - much smoother to move on both axis’, no notchiness or binding, well worth doing

All balanced up and ready to go…

This morning I dismantled my NATO gun sight to lower the brightness of the red LED

Wondering whether to use over exposed 35mm film or nail varnish over the lens

I made new drawer fronts for the freezer drawers out of polycarb sheet as aparra the fact that the drawers were broken meant we needed a new freezer.
I mean, a new freezer? Made me sweat, I'll tell ya.
