It was shipped from the Netherlands. Returns went to the UK.
But tech support / customer service was via email and in Hong King. Very slow at responding. Issue was in 2020
That all sounds perfectly acceptable to me mate.
Your first post gave the impression you had to pay to return the buds to Hong Kong.
The buds you purchased are currently being sold on Amazon at under £50. Amazons returns policy is simplicity personified

I gave it an agree because these things are all too common - something the ‘progressive left’ would rather not acknowledge because it doesn’t fit their narrative. I often think of those that commit suicide as cowards. Quitting life for selfish reasons, with little or no regard for those they leave behind.
My previous next door neighbours son was a 40+yr old going on 10yr old. He was constantly asking Mum & Dad to bail him out of financial disasters, all of his own making. And they did, for decades!
A couple of weeks after they finally said "No more! you need to grow up, stand on your own two feet & take responsibility for your actions" (he was a gambler, & shite at it) the cowardly c#nt killed himself!
They blame themselves & it haunts them every day
I'm not trying to cheapen Henry's suicide, far from it Lee. I'm just pointing out the difference between real trauma & self inflicted trauma.
Hopefully his beloved pet cat Storm finds a loving home with his Mum or someone else

I seem to recall weather forecasts in August claiming that September would see a heatwave for all of Britain for most of the month and I was hoping that I might actually be able to have my little tobacco plants outside basking in the sun and growing their sweet leaves but the last report I saw said Scotland was going to have heavy rain and high winds. Bloody weather men are still crap despite all their fancy computers and satellite maps.
