Several of us bend the "rules" of what certain sections of society tell us is acceptable Don.
However, we are sharp enough to know how to make our point. Without playing into the hands of those that would like to control us.
Mick is entitled to his opinion & to voice it however he likes in person. But not on here, if his posts could spoil the party for everyone else.

Christ if folks could see what goes on in my mind they would lock me up and throw away the key. Given the power and the right I would have a big bloody meat grinder and I would happily feed it all day with the corpses of my enemies and I make enemies very easily even if they don't realise that is what I consider them. They would provide the fertiliser to 'green' the Earth and it would be the first time in their lives, and deaths, that they will have had a genuine value to the planet.

I suppose that you could say I'm not really a 'live and let live' and 'all lives are valuable' kind of a guy.

So impressed with his own tough stance he fails to think. Freedom of Speech is not quite freedom of expression. None of us like hate laws but we don’t exactly like hate either. Sometimes the brain is mightier than the boot but they are best employed together….

Meanwhile I don’t buy the learning the lessons of history. In truth we just forget them and then remember them. I also think national characteristics matter. German society is more concerned with conformity whereas the Brits have long celebrated eccentricity. The differences aren’t actually that great but we do tend to be more individualistic and less inclined to organised group activities.

The last 20 months taught me one thing: almost NO ONE over here will be raising arms (or at least a voice) to fight for their freedom or their citizen‘s rights.

If parliament should decide that all non-vaccinated Germans are to wear a yellow corona-sticker on their clothing, how many do you think would object?
And if they decided to put them into „safety-camps“ (for their own well-being) would there be an uproar?

You know I wonder just how much is suppurating under the surface of western society these days. Yes the Gestapo like to play 'wack-a-mole' whenever anyone opens their mouth and says something that they can jump on as 'hate speech' but just how much is being held in and how much pressure is building under the surface.

There is push back all around the world, Britain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, USA, Brazil, etc. However it is rarely reported in the media, one might think government and media response is orchestrated, as the same tactics of media silence, down playing numbers, and heavy-handed policing against freedom protests seem to be employed by every nation

You're not the only one who's had that "discourage user" bullshit applied to their account Chas.
Yet their members often publicly proclaim that anyone is free to belong to as many forums as they wish. You must have seen them playing that holier than thou act.
Either they genuinely aren't aware that yourself & others have effectively been banned for no reason. Or they are fully aware & don't give a cr@p. Because the holy act fits with the image they like to portray

I came into my living room today and the missus was watching 'The Colour Room' which is the story of Clarice Cliff and her 'Bizarre' range of china ware. Plenty of clearly mixed race people in it and I was fine with that thinking that there were probably a reasonable number here from our nasty 'Empire' they want us to eliminate now. As the film was nearly finished and I couldn't be bothered actually watching it I had a quick flick through the internet to quickly gen up on the story and it turns out that, from photos of the staff that worked with Cliff not one of them was of ethnic origin.

Why must they re-create/fictionalise history to try and convince people of ethnic backgrounds that they are a greater part of British history than they actually are? Surely they should be concenred about building a 'diverse' future not creating a 'false' past.
