My wages are shite for 69hrs of my life I can't get back...
I've just phoned my gaffer and told him I'm not doing the extra time next week as it financially is not worth it...
They put me down for an extra 20hrs but it just doesn't pay to do it...
From what I can work out anything over 45hrs and the tax man hits you hard...
Also I want to opt out that stupid pension scheme the state brought in..
I'm only gonna get £21.50 a month out of it and I'm paying that in every week now..Fucked off with it all the robbing bastards 😤 🦆

It's funny ain't it that, when, according to the bible after God sent the flood to erase the corrupt and rotten fruits of his creation to wipe the slate clean he gave us the Rainbow as a covenant that he would never do it again as he believed he had judged his creation too harshly. If he's watching us now and sees that his creation has taken that Rainbow and uses it as a symbol celebrating their ruination of his creation he must be thinking it's time we had another soaking and perhaps this time he should maybe let the dinosaurs have another shot.

Two good reasons to continue-
1) your contributions are tax free
2) you’re employer also contributes 3% which is free money for you (which you don’t get if you opt out)

If you come out the extra money will be subject to tax and NI totalling around 33% so you’ll see about 66% of your contributions as opposed to leaving it in you see 103% plus, when you retire (investments can go down as well as up blah blah)
