It is natural if you only find the same sex attractive Don.
Imagine if you lived in a society where men having sex with women was deemed unnatural or in previous years illegal.
As I said, I don't want to do it or watch it. But I wouldn't criticise anyone that does.

It boils down to the same issues I have with BLM. I think they're c#nts but that doesn't mean I hate black people. 95% of the gay folk I know are sound. But the woke brigade that would preach to me about gay rights are c#nts!
As far as I'm concerned, anyone that demands special treatment has crossed the line.
That line being equality for all. I'll stand up for fair treatment for anyone. But if/when they want to be treated better than me. Then we have a problem.
IMHO, racial intolerance & discrimination against gay folk was broadly speaking sorted out 30+yrs ago. What's been happening since then isn't helping their cause one little bit.

So much depends on what we understand as ‘normal’. And the trouble with ‘normal’ is that the word is about as elastic as ‘fair’. It all depends on your perspective.

Is homosexuality ‘normal’. Well, yes, but it is not the norm. The National Census has something like 2% consistently self identify as gay but they are significantly over represented in politics and the other performance arts which makes them seem more numerous. They are over represented in Parliament by a factor of at least 6 and probably more. Women are about 2/3rds under represented. BAME representatives are fairly proportional to their population numbers.

So average, mean, mode, norm, normal, .......?

We just need to be aware of the natural human propensity to be tribal, conforming etc., and rejoice in the British taste for eccentricity and accept our differences. We don’t all like the same food. Just accept that tastes differ and let people eat what they will. Just don’t try stuffing things down people’s throats that they don’t like. It usually makes people more, not less, averse. It certainly doesn’t help anyone acquire the taste.

The problem I have with it is that, the levels portrayed on TV programmes and particularly adverts is totally out of proportion. All these groups are minorities but watching the TV you are being brainwashed to accept that they are the majority, and/or that being a straight white male is somehow unacceptable. Try watching adverts on TV and counting those that do not have as the first/primary character a non-white, or has an all white male & female couple, or does not include a gay or disabled... you will stuggle to count many

I'd love to know what % of black people think BLM are a positive influence? And what % of gay people think gay rights activists are a positive influence? Not to mention the way the media does what you're describing.

Never been a great fan of BT, worked for them for 20 odd years and seen some of the stunts they pull!

Moved to Cornwall four months, from the outskirts of London.
Only provider in the area is BT, live in a rural location end of country lane.
BT pulled a full fibre circuit directly into the house, tested speed on the day it was brought into service....
Feck me 150mb download. As a theoretical new customer, £32.99 a month..... Well happy

I failed to get 3 items (out of 40) & apparently we can't possibly live without lettuce, prawns & coleslaw at Christmas?!? I f#ckin could, quite happily! ☹
