Percentage wise, that does look disproportionate. Not that that will come as much of a surprise to those of us who actually see what's going on with our own eyes.Check this out & pay attention to the names of those convicted...
It's from my local papers website & it lists the names of those that have recently been convicted & for what. Please bear in mind that the vast majority of the population of my home county is still made up of indigenous Brits.
Consequently, as the vast majority of names on this list appear to be folk from various parts of Eastern Europe. You gotta ask yourself how prolific such a small group must be, to be so overrepresented in this way?
Every time I see a 15yr-20yr old (at one-time) luxury German car (that seems to be their vehicle of choice. I guess it looks good in the photos they send home?) I always give it an extremely wide berth.
Does that make me a racist? Or do the figures in that link outlining the number of such vehicles being driven without insurance/MOT's & by unlicensed drunk drivers. Justify my suspicions about who may be behind the wheel?

@Scrappy is also a local lad. Consequently whenever we speak. The conversation often gets around to how unrecognisable Northampton is compared to 15yrs ago. Let alone 40yrs ago.
In terms of its "diversity" (aka number of ghettos) it isn't far behind the likes of Leicester & Birmingham etc

Even my little village has a ton of Eastern Europeans here due to the caravan park around the Loch and associated construction company who both like cheap labour. Still largely white British but I daresay that will change in coming years too.
The fact they choose to live in such an isolated location. Suggests they are there to work at the locations you mentioned Marty. That in turn suggests that they are most likely Polish. aka the broadly speaking hard working guys/girls that get unfairly lumped in with the criminal scum of elsewhere in Eastern Europe.

Mixture here of Latvian, Lithuanian and Polish. Yep they are hardworking folks but they also get significant benefits living here. Chap lives near me is a Plumber but he has two kids with the first one being born just before he and his missus landed on our shores. Both the kids are pretty deaf (they've both had Cochlea Implants) are 'Special needs' and are driven away to a Special Needs school every day and have an assistant assigned to them throughout their school day. God knows how much his two kids have cost the NHS etc. probably more than the parents will ever pay into the system in their entire life and the children certainly won't ever contribute.
I reckon his wife is also his sister

Arrrrghhh! Still waiting for my package to be delivered to me via Arseholeforce, sorry, ParcelFarce they sent it back to the Stoke depot and it then went from there to Glasgow and was 'handed to delivery partner' on Saturday. 'Delivery Partner' is Royal Mail as far as I know and so it should have been here today but nothing has shown up. Last time that happened the wankers held onto the parcel at the depot for a week before mysteriously sending it back to sender.

My council charge extra for garden waste so I put it in a bin bag and into the normal wheelie bin, the bin men round here never check. The council make alot of money from recycling which is a pain in the ass for everyone to do but do they ever pass any of this income to the residents, nah do they fck, so they can take my garden waste for free then.Feckin thieving council!

Garden rubbish collection now incurs an additional charge. It used to be included in the rip off tax.
I don't have kids using the local schools.
My local library was shut yonks ago & campaigns to reopen it have failed. Allegedly due to a lack of funding?
The town centre looks like a n.other town somewhere in Eastern Europe, Somalia or Afghanistan etc. Only far more dirty & derelict.
The roads resemble the surface of the moon only with more craters (maybe not a local council issue but I thought I'd drop it in during my rant)
The council f#cked up a loan of millions of £'s to the local football club a few years back. Basically the money was stolen.
Ever since then the local people have been carrying the can for their incompetence. Loads of local services have either been the subject of huge cutbacks or permanent closure. And every year since they've applied the maximum possible increases to our council tax!
I normally pay the bill in one hit. Only because that way it only boils my pi$$ once. Not every month for 10 months.
However, this year I think I'll make the c#nts work for their pound of flesh.
I'll only be paying enough to stop any court proceedings & only after multiple requests to pay up.

The more the councils charge the more rubbish will be dumped down country lanes then the more they charge to deal with it, and don't forget some counciler will have to go to some exotic place to study their refuge workings on a fact finding mission,

Had to go over to Lairg the other week, went past the Garvault towards Syre. Waaaaay in the back of beyond, in a little lochan, three washing machines!
Seriously it would have been cheaper to take them to a tip than drive all the way out there!
The Garvault was on the idiot box a few weeks back, all4 I think. Didn't watch it....

I put our old washing machine out the front of the house at 9pm one night. My neighbour came home at 9:30pm & saw it being loaded into the back of a van.
The collection wasn't arranged & I'd been expecting a hard time from the elderly (nosey) neighbours. About the washing machine sitting on the grass verge for a few days.
