Daughter took my optimate off my bike to charge the battery on hers and didn't put it back - battery was flat, so couldn't use the bike. I left it on for two days and it looks like the battery has been saved, but I had to educate her about it. I'll buy another optimate at some stage in case the scatterbrain does it again - but I have left a regular charger beside her bike and told her to stick that on her bike for a couple of hours each week if she isn't using it!

The arrogance of these bastards who think that just because they have been conditioned by the media to 'feel uncomfortable' with something they have the right to want it cut out of something it's been a part of and which gives, let's face it, the indigenous people of Britain, pleasure. What he is really uncomfortable about is that, whether he was born here or is an immigrant himself (I don't know which) he knows that he doesn't 'own' anything of the history of this country and the media has given him the platform to campaign for the erasure of what makes him uncomfortable with his own position. Unless we stop pandering to this shit we will allow everyone who has an immigrant past to demand the modification of our society to suit them and it will all end up in an even greater mess than we already have. We need to put up the barriers and start dictating the rules again. We are the indigenous people and we have a right to protect our culture and our history.
A huge part of the problem isn't them asking for such ridiculous changes to British culture.
It's the spineless, woke w@nkers who capitulate & grant them their wishes.
More people need to take the Ricky Gervais approach to woke lefties. He deliberately goads them, they have a hissy fit. He goads them some more & they have a meltdown on Twitter (X) He laughs & includes said hissy fit/meltdown in his next act.
They give up & move on to an easier target who is likely to give in to them.
I've been using that approach to those whining to$$ers for years. It works really well. In fact one byproduct of taking that stance is this forum

Oh I agree @DD67 that it's the folks that give in to them that are the problem and folks like the chap in the article are just opportunists who want to turn their own psychological issues into our problems and are being given a platform. My issue is with pandering to them and you can't deny that it's the media that has provided all these folks with the publicity and the levers to cause trouble.
Personally I reckon the majority, and I reckon it's a large majority, of the population are ready for a revolution at last and all they need is the right leader and then the fireworks will start.
I suspect that a lot of the children of immigrants to the UK will still have a sense of loss and not truly belonging centuries from now should our society last that long. If you think about it, the ancestry type websites are full of people who would say they are American through and through who can trace their ancestry back hundreds of years in America and yet they are desperate to find a connection to the countries where their ancestors really came from. I am proud to say that I know that I can trace my ancestry in Scotland back to the sixteen hundreds on both my mothers and fathers side and my DNA is British going back thousands of years. I reckon that there will be problems for centuries to come with the children of the collection of different nationalities and races coming to Britain now. There will be ghetto's, hatred and pitched battles between them all unless we, the true owners of this land get a grip on things and actually control what goes on on our turf.

The way the whole justice system dealt with that person, from the police to the courrts is a total disgrace.
