I have an acquaintance at what is possibly the largest funeral home in Leicester...
He said they had not had any significant increase in lets call it product passing through the doors but considerably more administrative crap which caused delays and backlog which made it look more than what it was....

I've lived in this house for 14 years. Not once in 14 years have I felt the need to put up blinds for privacy during the daytime.

We got new neighbours last October. I now have blinds at all the windows. If I go out on the front to do something I can feel next doors net curtains twitching.... Have even been told that 'they saw me doing....' The kitchen has even got vertical blinds on it now. Stood in there and there's bozo stood in his garden staring in. This guy is a townie through and through. Hasn't got a fucking clue about anything other than what he's seen on faecesbook and youchoob.

Sharpening things as I speak. I like my own space, and I respect others privacy. I expect others to respect mine. If not.....there will probably be blood and pain, and possibly plastic in his future.

My step mother who died from cancer, my ex's father died from problems associated with various ailments plus age and dementia, the father of my daughters boyfriend who had been seriously ill for some time. I bet they all get recorded as Covid deaths

I had a similar experience with my neighbour in Kent just prior to moving. Was looking out of my bedroom window (like you do), when I heard the wanker next door shouting and having a shit fit! Apparently he didn't like me looking out, he claimed I was always looking at him, probably because he was a hilariously funny looking fat cu#t.
Next thing I know he is at the front door ranting and raving! Showed him the telescopic asp (I keep it for such emergencies) and he fucked off!

TBH, I think he had been waiting to explode for weeks, as his planning application had been refused after I objected!

My nearest neighbour now is about 200m away....... Happy days!

No. How to create a Scamdemic for other purposes. I have no doubt the thing has been talked up but ‘why’ has several possible answers from the CCP, via Big Pharma to abject stupidity and fright about the political consequences.

Now as a loopy conspiracy theorist of great standing (according to Hugearse Smallbrain) I don’t buy all the coincidences but some of them, you bet. The police don’t generally believe in coincidences either. The push by Big Pharma for vaccine approval on the back of a test so sensitive it registers massive false +ve rates etc., etc., through to ‘expert’ (i.e. questionable science) opinion in Unis bankrolled variously by Gates Foundation, China etc. No, I see exploitation for different purposes by different actors and some hopelessly compromised politicians in the middle.

This endemic (it has long since ceased to be a genuine pandemic) will only stop when we collectively say ‘Enough!’ (Basta! in Italian) The politicians seem presently unwilling or unable to unwind their mess. Kompromat or on the take or power crazed? There must be plenty on BoJo and Hancock just comes across crazed & creepy.

During World War 2 about 1% of the UK population died, and the people were told to "Keep Calm and Carry On" and they did, people still went to work, children still went to school, life expectancy of a Spitfire pilot during the Battle of Britain was apparently 4 weeks but they still fought, men exited off landing craft into a storm of bullets and death but they still ran forwards. And people endured 5 years of war to protect their freedoms.

2020/21 covid is supposed to be responsible for the deaths of 0.16% of the population (death with 28 days of positive test), and we are told to "Stay At Home, Saves Lives", people are under house arrest, children can't go to school, because of a disease which has only affected about 5.8% of the population and with a 99% survival rate. And people capitulate, and seemingly surrender their freedom.

The press and a long period without a major war or regular serious and visible disease has made the global population over sensitive to death. Death early and at short notice has become such a rare occurence that the press have turned each single death from a personal tragedy into a national catastrophe, although they play down those that don't suit their agenda and you don't hear a great hue and cry over the black on black gang murders that are regularly happening around Britain. Where a report of thousands dead on a battlefield would have barely caused a twitch of an eyebrow in the past now people are horrified if two people die in a car crash at the other end of the country.
