With my tin foil hat on, I think a global conflict may be inevitable, because this may be being orchestrated at a global level for another agenda. Lots of people make money during a war, governments find martial law easy to implement and freedoms easily surrendered with frightened populations, dramatic social change usually follows... just thinking out loud

We tried avoiding conflict with a tyrant before and it eventually ended in WWII. I can't see Putin stopping at Ukraine by any stretch. Bear in mind the last reactor was shut down in 2020. The biggest hazard will be heavy metal poisoning and low level radiation from ingested dust. It may take several years for victims to emerge.

There was a psychologist on GB News this morning, and the description of Putin's character/personality they gave was scarey to hear. He sounds like the kind of guy who if attacked and he thought his end was near he might go nuclear.
