BAD LUCK DUCK

This morning coming into work I very professionally overtook a VW Golf that was doing 20mph in a 30mph zone...
BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP...
I wasn't speeding or done anything wrong and I didn't go flying down the road so I looked in my mirrors and over my shoulder thinking maybe there was a problem..Nothing wrong other than some fat bitch in the VW waving her arms giving me some kind of hand gestures and shouting hello how are you but it was coming out as fuck off you bastard...
So I slowed right down which pissed her off even more...
For some reason I then started acting a bit of a nob...😉

So Tesco are to take a deposit (pre-approval payment) of £99 for pay at the pump fuel purchases, meaning that if you fill up your bike and spend £12, Tesco will have ringfenced £99 against your account for maybe an hour or more. So if it is getting towards the end of the month and funds are low, what happens if you then go elsewhere to spend money, or you later take another bike out and need petrol, are your subsequent transactions going to be declined due to Tesco effectively holding £87 of your money they have no right to

I wonder what fucking dickhead thought this was a good idea?

Who do these fuckers think they are, the credit card companies say it is to help customers better control their money, well fuck off I can control my own money. IMO just more control over us from large corporations 🤬

If it's like t'Sainsbury's near me, it means you only have to have £1 in your account and you can get up to £99 worth of fuel. The money comes out a couple of days later. It's handy if it's just afore payday, as tha can fill up, knowing that when it comes out, you'll have bin paid.

Straight answer.... I won't be filling up at Tesco's anymore, Much more shit from these big companies and I will start paying for my groceries etc in 50p and £1 coins...fuck em all.

I wonder if this will extend to petrol stations that are now unmanned and you pay by card at the pump. My two nearest fuel stations are like that. I don't fill up my bikes at the pump anyway though. I have several Jerry cans and go on a fuel run in the car when they are low/emtpy so I guess I'm my own petrol station unless I am going a long distance which is rare.

The taxman as pissed me off this week...I done 63 paid hours and got paid £10 less than when I done 58hrs...
I'm not a happy bunny and really tired...
Ouch that’s not good! Sounds like someone’s dropped a clanger!

Im sure you’ve already looked but just in case it’s worth checking that your tax code hasn’t changed (y)

Or your student loan repayments haven’t started

If neither of those stick a rocket up the nice people in the payroll departments arses:)

Student loan...student loan..I ain't no commie scumbag..
Told school to do one aged 12 and it's one of the best decisions I ever made..
After asking at work it seems 57 - 58 hrs a week is optimal payout..After that your working for nothing...

Sounds a bit odd mate, the more hours you work the less you get?
At worst you should take home 47% of the gross increase and that’s if your in the high tax bracket - which as a Jaaag owner you probably are:p

Something as always been very odd with wages here..I dont trust em one bit...
I had a very questionable P60 once from this company where it claimed I had earned 22K..I've never earned that much in my life...My average yearly salary is 16K...No one could explain it and the tax man didn't want to know..I never recieved a penny of the extra money so definitely something out of place that year...
I just don't trust em and normally I just do my basic hours..Unfortunately my circumstances have changed and for now I just gotta knuckle under and bite my lip...

That’s even more strange  Do you get any benefits in kind for personal use? Mobile phone, Private health care, Gym Membership, use of a bus at weekends, knobbing the ticket collector?

I know salary/payroll is very personal but if it helps I’m more than happy to have a look for you?
