Start with caliper off, pistons/pads pushed back & a good poke around inside with a torch.
Also check that the wheel spindle & all associated spacers/washers went back in the correct order after the new tyres were fitted.
Ref to that online workshop manual @Don the Don found for you.
I'm on twelve and half hour shifts and not had chance to do shit...I ain't got a clue where that Manuel is and can't access it anyway as my phone can't download shit...not enough memory and the phone is bollox to be fair...I can't do much more than order parts and do this forum...I'm lucky if I can manage a phone call 🙃 😅 🤣🤣🤣🦆

My brakes squeal a bit, since I changed t'pads. Seems to be as I'm coming to a stop, but that could be cos there's no wind noise then.
Some brands of pads do that when only pressed against the disc lightly.
i.e. no squealing when you start to brake from say 40mph. But the squealing starts as the speed drops & the braking pressure decreases.
It definitely isn't anything to be concerned about Foxy.
