Up at 0300hrs and in work for 0450hrs..went to open steel porta cabin door which jams all the time and ripped or pulled something in my back..Fuck me that stung and the door didn't budge more than half inch..I couldn't do much after that so just walked back through the building and said " I'm going home "...
No one asked why or gave a shit and I'm now laying flat on my back at home with a rum...
Couldn't even put Stacy in the garage so she's sitting on the drive blocking everyone's way...
Work just called asking me to come back in as they have now managed to get the faulty for last four year's done many a blokes back in door open...
I simply said "no"...
Ain't my fault and fuck em...
They got no respect for their staff and their staffs safety and well being so fuck em...
Where's that bottle of rum and a lederhosen clad busty babe when I need one 😏 🦆

Insurance call centers!! 🤬

Last time I called Bennetts Insurance I had to wait over 50 minutes to get to speak to someone, and today it was over 45 minutes 🤬 - Why the fuck don't they employ more people?!

Now I'm currently waiting on the phone to the RAC - 13 minutes so far, and it took 3 and a half minutes just to navigate through the menu system, with at every stage a fucking useless speech of irrelevant information.

Why and how has the general population come to accept such fucking crap service, when buying products?

Gave up after 15 minutes

I got my renewal quote from Bennetts for the Bonneville which had gone up £35 from last year, but £80 of the cost was legal expenses cover, personal accident cover, and £20 for an 'arrangement fee' (cheeky bastards). So I've dropped all the optional extras, and my renewal has gone from £180 to £102

The reason I was calling the RAC was to inquire if their legal expenses insurance covers motorcycles, as it is only £15 per year for multiple cars (vehicles?) and for up to 5 people (y) . So if it covers motorcycles, then it becomes a very cheap way of protecting yourself against legal costs resulting from an accident, especially as I have 4 vehicles. I also wanted to ask if they do anything similar for personal accident cover 🤔

"A blast from the past" [pardon the pun] This lot will be demonstrating outside No 1 gate at RAF Lakenheath tomorrow against nuclear bombs being stored there .
Wonder if magic Grandad corbin will be there waving his little placard with his side kick Abbott

Make sure it's got a crack in it and leaking some dodgey shit out of it....

What a joke.
Obviously nobody thought to connect your outburst with what you're being treated for! 🙄

Claim that it's Duckist & threaten to sue them if they don't apologise 🙂

If they get lippy again. I'll hold your coat 😃

I can sympathise completely @BAD LUCK DUCK my wife has long standing mental health issues not helped by serious physical health issues. The last time our local mental health services actively took any interest in her was early 2020. She is desperate to get help but the best they could offer, by letter which stated that 'following an appointment with the Psychiatrist' (no such appointment took place), was a mental health Occupational therapist (A hippied out wackjob who thinks everything can be cured with 'crafting') with a warning that there was a massive waiting list so it would be 'a considerable length of time'. They think that's appropriate for a woman who they were notified about because a physical health OT had spoken to them after my wife had confided in her that she had been researching methods of committing suicide. Quite frankly the NHS in Scotland is an utter pathetic pile fo shite and has been for decades now and I don't buy the 'we mustn't criticise this wonderful service' pish that a lot of people tout. When it comes to mental health I think they are all a bunch of overpaid, talentless and generally brainless arseholes who get money for virtually fuck all. My old mother saw a psychiatrist about thirty years ago and she thought the guy was a space cadet and totally useless. She came to the conclusion that you cure your own mental health, top yourself or just soldier on being a bit frazzled until you pop yer clogs and Mental health bods just waste your time.

For me now the NHS is a 'last resort' for when I am actually about to bleed out or something important is hanging off and otherwise I will take my chances with whatever comes my way and if it gets better it gets better and if it kills me well so be it.

The single most depressing thing is not that the NHS is so obviously not working but the complete political cowardice of those who should take the sacred cow out and shoot it. Politicians have no place doing photo ops and, I repeat, the best system seems to be the Dutch who pay no more for far more. Their politicIan's have minimal involvement . The NHS is a self licking lollipop of the worst kind that enslaves clinicians and ignores all too many patient.

I heard a stat this morning that both France and Germany spend the same or less %GDP on their health services, but France has over 10% (might have been 20%) more doctors and nurses, while Germany has 60% more 😮 - and that in 2010 the NHS had about 900 senior managers and now has over 2000.

The NHS need to stop using agency staff, get rid of all the managers and diversity officers etc, train more British nurses and doctors. Although I don't like Jeremy Hunt, he is right that we need a return to family GPs where an individual is assigned a family doctor and not a practice, therefore the GP will know their patients and make better diagnosis.

I think I, as I believe @Sarky B’stard is, am in favour of building an entirely new organisation rather than trying to fix the NHS. There needs to be a whole new structure and staffing needs to be on basis of abilities and performance with each NHS employee having to compete and prove themselves if they want to work for the new system. Weed out all the shite who have been hiding within the NHS and getting away with doing more harm than good for a long long time.

I think its just politics that need to be removed from it, both internally (common purpose etc) and Westminster, too many decisions get make for political purposes rather than the good of the organisation and the patients 🤔
