Power steering fluid feed pipe to power steering pump won't budge...
I've applied heat and a tonne of wd40..
The nut is cheap shit steel and on very first attempt started to round off..
Is this now an angle grinder job and a case of purchasing a new feed pipe as that's not gonna move..Actually it will be a saw job as I ain't got over 100ft of power cable

Jeez, not the Angle grinder, or a saw @BAD LUCK DUCK Get a bleedin' Stillson/pipe wrench or a really good quality spanner that fits well. If the pipe is to be junked then you could cut the pipe and then get a socket on the nut.

Try to tighten in up a little then undo, or remove from other end first if possible, the pipe wrench is better than an ill fitting spanner, this is were Crowfoot or pipe spanners come into play open jaw spanners on pipes can sometimes make things worse, "patience" not a Duck quality is best practice here, if all else fails then cut the thing off and use a socket, this is when a gay [as you say] junior hacksaw would help

Sometimes the best brute method is to saw off close the nut. Tap sharply a few times with a hammer (12/16oz not 4lb lump! ) then use a 6 point (impact?) socket rather than 12 point type. It looks like it screws into a threaded boss so you could wind up unscrewing both. Then it's time for heat.

Turns out it ain't supposed to be on this tight so some twat as over tightened it in the past..
I shouldn't have applied heat to it either as it as a plastic and rubber o ring inside..
If I fucked that the whole operation is pointless...

Apparently I can't saw it off...Other end of pipe dissappear round the back of the engine and connects up in a way I've not seen before or understand...
Just watched a video of the exact same predicament on a mondeo, exact same engine..
Took two blokes one on each spanner to do that and that nut didn't start to round off...
What a ball ache...
So close to getting it all done and one piece of shit nut fucking it up
