Well I just watched five minutes of that...Don't know the programme they are talking about but then I ain't watched TV in maybe ten years...I don't feel I've missed out on anything because of it..
As for political correctness...I think you all know where I stand on that...
The quick version is...

Each series runs for 6 or so episodes & is supposed to mirror the SAS selection process. Candidates (sometimes celebrities) are eliminated every week. Those remaining compete to be the last man or woman in the process.
There's been several series & in the beginning it always looked like it could be "fairly" realistic.
Ants gripes seem to center around him & his colleagues striving to make the program as realistic as possible. Whilst CH4 tried to f#ck it up by being too PC & health & safety focused.
I'm surprised it took this long for them to fall out Duck.

I got out of bed on the wrong side yesterday and I was a right cnut to live with, talk too and it's boiled over into today. I think either its A. The diet. B. The shitty weather. or C. A combination of everthing.

Given the choice between dieting or exercising more I try to go for the latter - dieting makes me grumpy, but exercise usually gives me a buzz.

Currently doing 3, keto diet, exercise and Intermittent fasting. Lost 4% body fat, increased muscle mass by 3.?% and reduced vascular fat by 30%. Still need to lose 15% body fat, but the target is fitby50 which is June 2022

Inspired by Tyson Fury by any chance? That was the diet he followed to get back in shape.

Hmmmmm! (THAT WORD!) Maybe getting to sound a little too much like the Rick Moranis character in Ghostbusters extolling the virtues of way out health foods? Moderation in all things.... even bikes and fad diets!
You do need to be careful with diet etc once you're over 50. I realised my few g&ts in the evening were doing me no favours after reading the tonic bottle.
So I've opted for the healthier option of not having tonic.

so how does tha work out what thi muscle mass, vascular fat, and body fat is?

I was 27.?% body fat, that's now down to 24% but with the working out and walking every day (2hours a day 5 days a week), my muscle mass has increased, so my BMI has me as overweight, which is inaccurate. The visceral fat is the killer for us blokes, that's what really needs getting down, not the fat you can see and pinch.

Good luck with that - a worthwhile target.

I put my retirement paperwork in in JANUARY and there is still no progress. I'll upload 10 forms completed and a week later I'll get an email telling me I'm either missing one or one or more of the ones I uploaded are blank. Idiots. :mad:
