Then I discovered this on the rear bumper of the jaaaaag strategically placed so I would not see it when fuelling up and shit..

My weight has made me happy for a change,Finally dropped my first stone (5 weeks) Had one hiccup when on a week off and put 2lb back on,But I did hit the rides to bakeries and burgers a bit hard ..... got to say even putting my socks on seems a bit easier now and my breathing has improved a bit as well 14st 5 lbs woohoo
