They look red enough to me...
A white circle on each tank with a sort of cross fallen over would really make them bikes less pink..

Well I am pleased to report that I contacted my local friendly MOT tester in Renton and he was happy to fit the Daytona in for a once over so, jumped on and headed down there. She never missed a beat, Passed the test without a problem and no advisories. You are lucky with the weather @Public Enemy wet as feck in Southern Argyll and Dunbartonshire all day with strange little sections where it wasn't and didn't appear to have been raining, ,most odd.

Well that was one of them @Sarky B’stard but there were a number of them. One minute I would be on road sopping with rain then I'd move on to a quarter mile or half mile of perfectly dry tarmac and then back to soggy stuff again.

It's identical to one i had for 10yrs, but had to sell recently. Just got to get some WW's and a black leather bag on the back. Which i bought last week. planning to fit it on the Trident. Happy as a pig in shit mate.

I hope it does you good service @MICK60 like your last one. It is a good looking machine I think a bike like that would kill me on the twisties where I live myself though. Ever year (apart from the Covid shitstorm) the Scottish Harley Owners Group come to the holiday park across from my village and I am always amazed that they manage to get those big hogs down through the twisty single track, gravel strewn roads.

They are heavy mate. I did a tour of the South coast yrs ago. And it was scary when fully loaded with camping gear. That's why i built the trailer.

It's opaque & it's only there to add a bit of wind protection Marty.
Without a doubt the bike looks better without it. But without it fitted only roughly half the speed it's capable of is useable.
Swapping between the naked look & the practical high speed/long distance look will take less than 5 minutes.
The best of both worlds for under £14 & a couple of hours to modify it
