Cheers
@chas the last three days my stepson and his partner have been here so I could leave the house and know that someone was there to keep an eye on the missus. They are away tomorrow so I'm back on guard duty but, next week the missus is going to stay with her second eldest for a few days so I'll have somh e time out on two wheels again. I wish I could say the wife is getting better but she really ain't so far and still regrets not succeeding and, so far, the mental health services have been worse than useless. This Friday I take her down to Dunoon to see a locum CPN, the first time a mental health 'professional' (and I use the term loosely) will have seen her only a mere five weeks since she tried to kill herself. If they think they are getting away with it they are much mistaken. The MSP is monitoring the situation (the SNP MSP's do have some very small use), we will be filing a complaint with NHS Highland, which our GP says will receive a mealy mouthed response but she advises us that, once that happens, we escalate it to the Health Ombudsman, I will be seeing if the press are interested in exposing the scandalous quality of service the Mental Health services have been providing here for at least the last ten years and I am keeping a friend, a lawyer in Edinburgh informed so, once things start to heat up they will find themselves in court on negligence charges as well. The bastards will pay the price for their failings.
