Arse having recovered from recent excess of motorway miles, I went for a nice little bimble around my usual patch, taking in a cuppa and cake at Buttercup's Cafe

Chilin' now ahead of a couple of early evening pints with my neighbour - looking forward to hearing how he got on at the Manx.

Started my holiday today, with a very pleasant ride down to the Cotswolds. I had decent weather for the majority of the ride, just got wet on the last two miles... typical

I left the Cotswolds this morning in the dry with a bright sky, didn't get too far before it started pissing down fortunately I had put my water proofs on before leaving this time. Rained most of the way until just outside of Devon. Stopped at a burger van for lunch, and it had got to be one of the best burgers I've had anywhere, it was like gourmet food from a van
As I started to get close to the coast, the sky cleared and the sun came out for a while, so I stopped for a break at Seaton.



Just arrived at my hotel on Sidmouth beach front, so a quick change and then out for an explore.

I really enjoyed the ride down even though the weather was a bit crappy. I just rode at my own pace, no hurry, and enjoyed the scenery
